potterton ultra 2 50 lockout

hi guys im new here and i was looking for a bit of help. im at a potterton 250 ultra that "wouldnt start" when i came i had a look and as the owner said it just wont start the lock out light hadnt come on, i checked fan, pump, aps all seem to be working fine long story short i replaced pcb as per mi but with new pcb in its now in lockout. any help would be greatly appreciated
 
Hello horse youwont get any gas advice on the open forum.you need to apply to get into the combustion chamber where youwill get advice.not much help to you today but be good for the future

cheers for that mate do they accept rgii in there? didnt get a chance to search yet was hoping to get a quick reply just cant see where the problems coming from, i've a chance to sit down for a few mins now and get a look thanks again
 
On search I got 2pages of posts with the words"potterton ultra 2"
As for the cc never occured to me about irish rgi s.why not ask the moderators.promise you joining the cc is worth it
Do you register with gas safe?or the irish equivelent
 
yea im trawling through them now still trying to get to grips with the whole forum thing. i done my acs in uk never registered with gassafe have since moved home and done my crossover exams for rgii now just sent money off waiting for my number to come through. How do i talk to a mod?? sorry total forum newbie
 
On the top of the listing page is a wiki on first line, next line down is about the forum for gas fitters only. That's the one you want but you need your number to get in
