Hi
I've fitted a thermostat in my conservatory for UFH. I'm using 4 core wire to send the switched live up to my airing cupboard (approx 10m away). I am only using one of the 4 wires.
When the stat is calling for heat (one wire live) my test lamp is showing power in the remaining 3 wires although they are not connected to anything at all.
I'm thinking along the lines of induced current/capacitive coupling????? Is this why?
Is it a problem or should I just terminate the wires safely?
Many thanks
Jay
