Looks like a mechanical issue within the Rcd mike.

Indeed it does, but I am intrigued to know why there is no supply voltage but a load voltage.

I would be inclined to test shower circuit before power was reconnected to it.

There is supply voltage? Its the load that doesn't register

Mike bottom of Rcd is the load, which you said was 200s.

Fixed.....RCD was at fault. Shower and lighting restored
