Power Shower replacement rail / head

We've got a power shower and Id like to swap the single small head for one like the below with two heads. Is there anything that can be used to simply screw into our unit? Like the one attached

Everywhere I've read says not to used ones like the attached one, with diverters, as they can damage the unit
