Hi .. Hope somebody can shed some light.. I have a power shower 10.5kw..cold water feed..but my pressure is low.. I have no header tanks etc only mains pressure. Is it possible to fit a shower mate or something similar to improve the flow

Thanks for looking in advance

You can't fit a shower pump on a mains supply, that is why you have the electric shower.
Do you have low pressure? How do you know? An electric shower is not a 'powerful' shower; it has to heat the water as it passes through to the shower head - hard work, especially in cold weather!

Hi Breesey

Thanks for the quick reply... Well basically I thought it must b pressure as the over heating cuts in and out even during the summer ... I has the same symptoms as when my boy n girl runs the tap downstairs whilst I'm in there.. Was not a cheap shower. Any ideas

Cheers bud

If you have low pressure there's not a lot you can do about it. Contact your water supplier and ask them to investigate. do your neighbours have similar water pressure and flow?

Will investigate a bit more n let you know how I get on thanks for your help :D
