power shower

First of all let me apologize for my username. Something to do with English humor and me being Swedish. I want to install a power shower as the pressure is very low and when I lift the shower head the temp changes. I'm wondering, can this be done without any major plumbing/electrical work? Can I just attach to the shower hose and wire the electrics?

You will need a 13A fused connection unit fitted with a 3A fuse for the pump supply this will need to be outside of the bathroom, it's usual for the pump to be in the airing cupboard, and the pipework depends on the equipment and installation, see link below
