I've just starting to have a problem with the above boiler,no hot water,
I had the same problem 2/3 years ago it was the blending valve,could anyone tell me if there is any maintainance you can do on a blending valve,ie descale the inside for instance,if not it looks like another new one ,thanks for any help.

You can try adjusting the blending valve to see if this improves it by removing the cap, loosening the backnut then turning the square valve head with an adjustable spanner failing this it's more than likely a new one required.

They can be disassembled and descaled in HCl but most pros just replace them.

Does the pump run ? Does the heat exchanger get hot ?
