As my boiler is about 8/9 years old the manufacturers would not cover it after all (Baxi - Heateam), they also informed me that the cover would have been parts/labour only with no service. I have, therefore, set up a contract with British Gas - Homecare for £17.00 per month. This covers unlimited callouts for the boiler/controls, radiators, central heating pipework, hot water and a yearly service. For £13.00 per month it only covers the boiler/controls and a yearly service.
