Powermax needs descaling.

Customer had Heat Team service her Powermax (forgot to ask which model) and said it needs a powerflush descale. Powerflush Powermax . Have always avoided them and a forum search didn't fill me with confidence about them. Anyone got any experience of de-scaling one? Should I give it a wide berth?

perhaps its a model with a plate h/e & theres crud in the primary side.
