PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE

HI, I AM SO FAR THROUGH MY C & G 2330 COURSE HOPING EVENTUALLY TO BECOME AN ELECTRICIAN. CAN ANY ONE OFFER ANY IDEAS WITH REGARD TO GAINING SOME PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE.. i CURRENTLY WORK FULL TIME SO I AM LOOKING FOR WEEKEND WORK.

I'm in the same boat, I finish year 3 of my C&G2330 this July. I'm in fulltime employment and need to get some practical experience..... but only have weekends to do it.

I've done a couple of jobs with a NICEIC guy but he only finished his college last year so he's not as knowledgeable as I'd hoped. I've worked in a facilities maintenance role for the past few years (I'm 36 by the way) so I'm not a complete stranger to electrics in the real world.

Any suggestions ??
