Premia 9 Alarm box (manager mode)

Hi,

My uncle has a Premia 9 alarm system installed in his house, number "1" on keypad is getting weak so he wants to change code.

We found a photocopy of manual and attempted to change but are unable to get into the Manage mode.

I'm guessing his pin is probably just a user one and he does not have the manager pin.

Is there anyway of resetting the pins? making it default again?

Any help would be much appreciated.

You can change the PIN code and have multiple PINs with different access rights but you need to know the engineer code. The System Manager Guide manual gives a default code but I dont want to post is on a website.
