Where is the voltage regulator? Please be patient with me!
check voltage at battery leads with battery off, if still 10v check at aux volts and bell 12v and 0v if they are 10v take out aux 12v and re check again if still 10v take out bell 12v and 0v and recheck as there are no fuses it could be something dragging it down ( sab battery) ?
