Got a couple of options here in skimming a bedroom and thought I'd ask for some advice.
When stripping the wallpaper the skim blew in a few places. I don't think it was helped by being very thin in some areas (1mm or less).
Anyway, I've now covered in WBA (the key on the emulsion didn't feel good) and ready to skim.
My question is whether it's worth levelling out the missing areas to bring up to level of surrounding skim first?
Could use either bonding or multi finish to bring level or just skim the lot with multi from the start.
I'm wondering if I do the latter, as these missing areas could be quite thick that it either slumps or is difficult to get flat as the different thickness may set slower?
