preperation for new concrete subfloor for quarry tiles

Hi,

I have recently laid a concrete slab for the floor of my garage to sit on. I will be using cement and sand to lay the quarry tiles ontop of this, but is there any thing I need to do to the slab first ?

It has a DPM under it but I was wondering if I need to use a water seal on the slab first ?
