Hey everyone.
I am thinkng of laying quarry tiles in my kitchen which has a solid concrete floor. THe floor is quite old and has not got a DPM, so possibly some slight issues with moisture. At the moment I have horrible ceramic tiles very badly laid over a crappy bituminous liquid DPM which covers the floor area not under the kitchen units.
I would like to install electric underfloor heating under the quarry tiles also, which would be laid on top of some kind of insulating material I think.
Any suggestions on how to proceed, and esp on floor preparation? Id like to use a 'breathable' adhesive/ grouting agent so as to miminize moisture trapping.
Many Thanks,
Rob Irons
