My non condensing boiler flue presently discharges from the boiler through a gable wall to atmosphere at approx 1.8m height over a footpath. The flue has a cage grill fitted.
I don't want to move the position of the boiler when I upgrade to a new condensing combi. Will the position of this flue satisfy current regs.

Thanks in advance.

I would just fit it there and take a chance. Someone would have to make a complaint. What about the condense though ?

Thought of installing a condensate pump to pump condensate to foul drain, not sure its worth the risk in keeping the flue in the same position even if a gas safe engineer would fit it.
