pressure relay valve leaking

I just change a pressure relay valve on vaillant ecotec 24
but still the water going out any clue please thanks

Do you frequently need to re-pressurise? Only pressurise to max 1.5bar and check to see if the pressure rises quickly over 2.5bar when boiler running. If so it could be your expansion vessel at fault.
 
i have to put pressure back and after the pressure drop again when the heating is on

No if the pressure is1.5 or 2.5 the water discharge
 
If th PRV discharges below 2.5 bar, then it's probably got a bit of muck stuck in it,( if you have tested it) keeping the valve slightly open , otherwise it should only discharge above 2.5bar (dependent on it's setting). Check. Otherwise change the PRV again in case the one fitted is faulty. :eek:
