Hi all,
Hoping someone may be able to tell me what would be a fair ballpark price (Yorkshire) for the following work:
Take down 2 non load bearing internal walls (2.5m total)
Two new internal stud walls (2.5m total)
Move 2 light switches into new stud walls
Move loft access
3 new door frames and architrave
Remove old floorboards and put down new wbp ply floor (3m x 4m)
Fit bathroom suite (wc, basin, bath and separate shower cubicle)
Move 1 radiator
Install elec ufh and floor tiles
Plaster all walls (11m of wall total).

Nb I'm supplying the suite, ufh and tiles

Just after a rough idea please as I'm struggling to get a range of quotes and don't know whether to go with the only quote I have or wait.

Many thanks

I should add, the suite is being moved around so there is a fair bit of plumbing work to be done

Ok. Thanks that's good to know. It initially seemed quite high to me but I know there is a lot of work involved.
