Price sqm for block paved drive?

Ive had a quote to block pave my drive and its averaging £70/sqm. It specifies 100mm hardcore base compressed in layers, and 50mm sand.

Is this the going rate or is it expensive? Would this base be ok for a heavy car like a Land Rover?

for a driveway i'd prefer to see 150mm hardcore. For slightly fancier block paving that sounds not too bad but for budget or standard stuff it seems a touch high. Of course it's impossible to give any real idea without being there and taking access etc into account so best thing to do is get a few more quotes.
