Prima LPR600 Not washing very well

Inlet tube to upper tray spray arm looks perished where the spray arm tube plugs in when you push in the upper tray. Can I replace the seals, or do I need a new inlet tube (£44).?
Also, can I fit the new inlet tube without removing the machine from under the worktop?
