Candy CDI 45 won't stop filling

Hi!

The symptom is: at the program start the draining is okay,
then the inlet valve is also working, then the water level
pressure sensor is also ok, but after that when the circulating
pump starts to work maybe it creates a pressure wave but
the pressure switch clicks again and so the inlet valve activates.
After that even if the pressure switch clicks again the inlet water won't
stop to fill anymore and so the machine will overflow untill a E4 error code.
What can be the cause to this effect? I tested the machine without
the racks mounted and so the upper spray arm was not installed.
Can be this the cause?

Yes the cause the missing tray:
When I put back the upper tray with the spraying arm attached the problem was solved.
