Never seen one and worked on hundreds of primatics,
Doesnt mean your wrong though but cant see why it would need one and if you vented it would the bubble not be lost

Ive deff worked on them surely its not just me, i think i mite be going mad 
, the bleed is great for getting hw through after draining, without boiling and losing your bubble
