Hi,
I've had a 4.5m wide Half - cassette Primrose awning in my garden for about 5 years.
Recently the 2 metallic ropes/ steel cables (that's what they look like) have snapped in the left arm, which means only one side of awning is extending/ retracting.
I've now removed the faulty arm. Please check the picture below and advise of a way to repair this.
