We paid £7.50 ph back in 1988ish for extra tuition for my son, he went twice a week, in his class there were two pupils passed the exam to be accepted for one of the three private/independant schools here in Bristol, our son was one, the other's father was a teacher, he went on to get a degree "init" so definately money well spent.
