fit the boiler last week all workin fine,
the tenant in the property has decided to turn on the filling loop and leave it for a few days
been called back turned off the filling loop and oh dear the ch is now filling from the cwf and pressure dropping when hot tap is open sounds to me like the heat exchange
no replaced it and its still doing the same any ideas people there is a pro engineer callin monday but dont want to look stupid if its something i have simply overlooked

You haven't got the hot and cold pipe work reversed have you?

no its been workin fine since fitted
it was a straight swap its puzzled me and the guys at pro tech department

Disconnect filling loop and see what happens.

If pressure dropping when hot tap is on, it must be the plate HE, assuming these have one, I don't know these boilers.

me neither mate i disconnected loop straight away hoped it was dodgy valve but it wasnt i just got a feelin some 21 yr old is going to come out on monday and make me feel stupid

Can anyone identify this boiler and ideally point me to a link to the MI ?
