Old thermostat:
terminal 1 Live (brown)
terminal 2 neutral (blue)
terminal 3 switched live (black)
Earth (green / yellow)

New thermostat:
terminal 2 Live (brown)
terminal 3 switched live marked 'NO' (black)

Do not make any connection to terminal 1
The remaining blue wire is not required and so should be isolated / insulated separately, and tucked safely out of the way
The remaining green / yellow wire is not required and so should be isolated / insulated separately, and tucked safely out of the way
