Problem heating system

Ok. So after knocking the heater thermostat down to 0 each night we still have the same issue. The heating is off.

The only way to stop the issue is to cut the power to the system using the switch by the boiler

Now try turning the thermostat on the hot water cylinder, down overnight, to minimum temperature, and report back..

Thanks.
I've already turned it down to 55 as suggested.
Would you agree with that?

Yes, for a default temperature that's fine, but you are trying to work out what's triggering the pump - trying having it at 55 during the day, then turn it down over-night..
