Problem Tap Flow

When I turn on Kitchen hot water tap has very low pressure for 1 minute then no water at all. All other taps/shower are OK. What is the problem. :

B&Q White Star Boiler I have no other details than boiler is the box room upstairs installed 18 months 2 years ago no manual was given out for this.
