problem with an ADB Micropack dimmer

Hi guys,

I have a problem with an ADB Micropack dimmer:

The display suddenly started to say CH 3 LINE OUT and the neon indicator is off... I guess it´s the fuse, I work on Friday and will check with the tester....
In case it is, is there any chance to change it myself or I will have to take it somewhere?
