Problem with Drayton Tempus 7 Programmer

For some reason my Drayton Tempus 7 programmer switches off after about 1/2 an hour when heating and the time returns to 12:00 on monday!!
This totally buggers up my timing and the heating comes on at inappropriate times.
Anybody with any ideas? Do I need a new unit?

Thanks Kevplumb, but I have tried this and it still does it!!
I have switched the mains off for over 10 minutes - Does this usually reset it?

there should be a little hole in the case with reset written on it may be on the back stick a paper clip in said hole
