Problem with Ideal Bolier FF350

Hello,

i am new here so please excuse if someone has posted an exact same problem.

I have a Ideal FF350 boiler which is not working. when i switch on the power / heating switch the flame is not coming on. i can hear a clicking noise but no flame.

I opened the outer cover, cleaned the pilot, main burners etc but no luck. please can you advise what might be the problem.

TC you're a big meany.

It was clicking. Of course the pilot and burners needed a clean

Why should he call an engineer when he thinks he is capable of repairing the boiler himself?

Obviously he thinks that engineers have no training or skills that he does not already possess!
