Hi, been reading some posts re stuck rad valve problems and have similar cold rad problems too. I've tried taking off the top of the valve and the pin seems to go up and down OK. Also, the rad gets hot when the top of the valve is removed but goes cold as soon as I put it back on. Does this mean the valve needs to be replaced? As a single female, don't want to get in a plumber if it's a simple job I can do myself but changing valves and draining system down is too much for me!
