problem with Potterton classic boiler

Hi Everybody,

Although the boiler will light up it will shut down approximately after 5 minutes. After waiting approximately 5 minutes it will light up but will then shut down again. It will not light up if I try any sooner.

Has anyone have any ideas on what be causing this fault?

check that your pump is running correctly and if that is OK then it is likely that you have a combustion related problem which the site rules prohibit me from elaborating on
