Try cleaning the heating return filter, here is a video showing you how, but be aware the bloke in the video gets the flow and return the wrong way round, the return is on the right hand side as you look at the boiler, your boiler is over heating

Done it re fitted same result it sounds like the pump is running all the time

from everything being cold do all those lights come on when heating selected? (sensor you changed it was the one in dry pocket you changed and not the other one? )
 
just to clarify hot water working perfectly ok .
check this first The black knobs for for flow and return are fully open and not just turning on spindles
with nothing on is the pin on the FRONT diaphragm fully retracted back into housing or is it sticking out a bit but not reaching the microswitch (pic if possible)
 
Ok thanks will check all when I get home later and hot water is fine
 
I believe the pipe works all under laminate floors here's a pic of the pin it's slightly out but not reaching the micro switch and the valves were ok
