Can anyone help? I have just had a good quality quartz floor (mirror flecked) laid with epoxy glitter grout. We are using the supplied cleaner for washing these tiles but every time they are washed, or even clean water washed, they dry leaving a milky stain effect over them. The tiles were manufactured by the Gulf Stone Co. (£120 m2).

Was the grout fully cleaned off the tiles?
as far as I am aware yes it was. I am assuming from your question that grout residue left behind could cause this effect? If so, what would you suggest to resolve this? Does it require a stripper to remove the grout and sealer, then reseal?

epoxy grout needs cleaning as you grout, residue is tough to remove, polish with rough dry cloth, stubborn areas can be scrubbed with a damp cloth and then buffed. Power buffing saves a lot of elbow grease over large areas.

. Thanks for the advice, do you think I should strip the old sealer off as well or just clean and buff as you say?

If scrubbing with an emulsifying pad & a grout residue cleaner doesn't work I'd ask the tilers to come back - if they didn't clean the epoxy grout off the tiles properly then it might take some shifting and no reason why you should have the problem.
