Problem with Texecom LCD keypad

Hi all

I have a Texecom Excel with 3 LCD RKP that has been running for well over a year...but noticed tonight one of the RKPs display has gone blank. The backlight is on and the keys work but no text on display

Anyone come across it before? Just a repower up of the keypad or something more serious?

You have two from the sound of it.
Swap them about.

Will prove both the RKP and the cable.
