that suggests that 1, 3 and 4 are on so if switch each switch in the opposite direction you should be in the clear.

Fitted a 48 today....guess what ? faulty panel tamper switch ....

Yes have now all 3 keypads working, thanks to your advice, on Sunday l e/mailed Texecom with a series of questions over my keypads, now Wednesday, still not heard from them, but again can l thank you chaps in the forum for sorting it out.
