problem with water

i live in a block of flats, i'm the middle flat and all my neighbours say that their water is fine. I can't even fill up a sink full of water the hot and cold run out very quickly, there is no pressure if you put your finger over the end of the tap it stops.
Any help please

would it/ they be near the water boiler?

When you say sink are you talking about sink in kitchen (cold off mains) or the Basin in bathroom (hot and cold from cylinder/tank). Is there a difference between your kitchen outlets and your bathroom outlets?

The cold water in the kitchen is fine it's off the mains, the hot in the kitchen is the same as the bathroom and the cold in the bathroom i think is on the same system as the hot

Do you have a storage cistern perhaps in a kitchen/bathroom cupboard? If so it sounds like it's not filling properly.

I do have a water tank above my water heater, i have not turned any taps around it before the problem have tried to turn the red circular taps since. I suppose i'll have to get a plumber in to have a look

Just had a thought could the water tank in the attic be at fault?

The attic storage cistern in a block of flats would tend to affect all flats.

The one you have above your water heater - can you hear it filling? Can you get your hand in to check it it is full of water?
