Problematic Front UPVC Door not shutting properly

Hi All

I have a Front UPVC door which until recently fitted and sealed perfectly but guess due to constant locking and unlocking as gone out of sync when trying to close / open the door!

Top of the door shut and seal perfectly but the bottom leaves a 5 to 10 mm gap! Vertically door at top fits fine but again at the bottom leaves a gap. I have taken pics of the Hinges but have no idea how to adjust the hinges to re-align the door again. Please could anyone assist me? Many thanks.
