Adjusting UPVC Front Door

My UPVC front door seems to have a gap at the top letting in a draft. From inside the house looking at the door, with hinges on the left, there is a gap at the top right of the door. Its as if it needs lifting it up at the right hand side. There is 3 hinges on the door. How do I adjust them to level up the door and get rid of the gap?

Can you post a pic of the hinges quite close up (including a pic showing the side where they screw into the frame and door i.e. taken from other side when door's open) and a pic of the gap?
Here is some pics. Of the 3 hinges it looks like the top one has popped out somehow and is hanging squint? The gap is at the top right of the door, not sure if it can be seen clear enough.

For reference they're flag hinges, can be adjusted for height (up/down) lateral (left/right) and compression (in/out.)

It's difficult without seeing it in person but it certainly looks as though the top hinge has either loosened or failed, especially when looking at the 3rd pic down. If you take the front hinge cover off you'll see if any of the screws holding the hinge onto the door have come loose. Will also make it easier to see if its failed. If the gap has only appeared recently then something's changed, either failed hinge or door has dropped. If hinge is fine the door either needs toe and heeled and/or hinge adjustment to correct top right misalignment.
