Problems backing up XP Home Edition

I manage to load the backup app from the (OEM home) disk easily enough, but I wonder what other goodies are hidden on it that I don't know about?

It didn't recognise the CD WORM until I formatted it with Roxio, and for some reason it was confused that the CD ran out of space at about 700MB, it thinks it's a non-removable disk. Tomorrow I will have a go with Advanced and select stuff that will fit. I might try the Schedule, too.

Can it be made to do incremental backups?

The Wizard was happy to do MyDocs, but I don't think it was going to do Mail Logs and Address book, which I also like to back up often.
