When I took the front off my boiler I found water had been leaking from the grub screw behind the DHW pressure differential valve - we have opened this up, the diapragm was fine but as we had bought the kit we replaced the diapragm and the nut at the front. We still had water leaking from the same place though - have removed this completely and water seems to be leaking from the spindle that goes into the diverter manifold.

Can anyone advise what we do next? Is it a new diverter manifold?

Thanks

You can strip it out and clean pins up and silicone grease them and O rings usually seals them back up or you get the service kit for the alpha 240 as it uses same parts baxi doesnt list them
