PROBOIL2 and 4 in 1 tap problem.

Hi,

We have a Proboil2 and 4 in 1 tap from Rangemaster. The tap is fine on all settings apart from the boiling hot water, we noticed the flow from the boiling hot tap seemed a little less, so decided to change the filter. This was done correctly. After this it is now even worse, the water was boiling but trickled out but now today no water at all. As I mentioned all normal water comes out fine, filtered water all fine. Done the basic checks of the bit at the end of the tap, that is fine.

We have had it installed about 8 months ago. Any ideas?

They have offered a refund. But I just wanted to see if there was something I could do that might rectify it.

I had a look at this and the boiler unit we have is completely different by looking at that. For example we dont have a menu.

I don't know why water is now coming out again after leaving it on around 40 seconds but is a very weak flow.
