Profile Boiler not firing up ! Please help...

Hi there I would like some advice please on a Profile boiler that does not fire up, I looked at the programmer and was off so turned it on to continuos and nothing, all you can hear is the pump humming slightly but nothing else, the boiler does not fire and is totally silent, power is at the pcb, even though the room stat and boiler showing max, note the cylinder is cold with no hot water runninh through pipes but when I toched the 3 port motorised valve it was hot but the pipes were cold, moved over the lever on the valve and nothing, no sound of motor movement by switching manually,

Any pointers would be appreciated,

Underneath the Boiler is an Overheat reset Button, there is a hole in the bottom of the grey plastic cover stick yer finger in a press the button

Sounds good my man, will defo give that a go, do you think its quite common for this boiler to overheat and what could be causing this?

Is this your boiler or are you fixing it?
