Programming Outputs : output does not activate

I tried it but result does not change.

Updating the firmware (currently V3.0) will resolve the issue ?

Yes, but it's still powered by the battery. The relay, connected to the output and also powered by the battery, isn't activating either.

You can't use a negative output from one supply to trigger a negative input on something else that uses a different negative.
IE all negatives should be commoned up, as there will be no common, reference, to ground.

Thanks for the cable advice, but it's not a cable problem because the other outputs work correctly. The problematic output has been tested and does activate the relay.

I'm going to test with a different output setup ("System" - "Mains Power Off" for example) and will give you feedback.

I tested another configuration "System - Mains Power Off" now it works. when I turn off the power and the output is now activated.

I don't understand why the "Aera - Fault Present" configuration does not work ?
