Prv valve replacement?

I’ve got this prv valve which is leaking & needs replacing. Do I just undo the big nuts for that SYR 016 prv valve because on my one there's a part where there's that little nut with the tape in between it & the body of the valve whereas it doesn't have that in the pics of it when searching online.

Looking at the data sheet for that valve there is a replacement cartridge that you swap out.
Just the black and blue plastic bit looking at diagram online. Not my area tbh. Turn the black plastic bit maybe
Get the replacement part to look at
