Pull cord switch in 17th edition

with regard to what?
Just going through the regs and I wondered what happened to the famous pull cord for example in section 701 (bathrooms..), I searched and could not see a thing about it.. it is possible that i missed it, if I missed I would appreciate if some one will tell me where it is. If it is not there there what is the alternative except putting a switch out of the zones?
Most of the bathroom is outside the zones now......
I know, basically zone 3 was canceled and we have a 3m distance limit (which is the same as zone 3) but, during the 17th edition course there was no mention of changes regarding the pull cord usage in the bathroom, and if there is something about this I would like to know where it can be found...
