We need to pull up our entire wooden floor to do repairs under the house (no crawl space) we are also pulling off all the plasterboard (insulation, electrics etc)
Two storey house - reonos on lower floor
Someone said to us that if we remove the floor the walls may collapse?
Can anyone offer some advice?

Being based in the UK and not knowing how your house is constructed it is difficult to be certain but I would be surprised if removing the floorboards and leaving the joists in place would cause any problems.

Don't be daft. The boards sit on joists. Just take them up carefully if you want them back down again.
