Pulsacoil Help - No hotwater no lights

Hello guys,

I have rtecently moved into a new property supplied by a pulsacoil2000.
We are getting little or no hot water regardless of what time.
The control box seems to work for both boost and off peak.
there are no lightson the front of the system.
The pump does engage when I the Hot Water
I have removed the panel and there is a blinking LED
I am know expert at these things and intend to get someone out to fix it. Im in Bethnal green - can someone reccomend somebody or shall I get Gledhill to come out for a one off £399

Press overheat reset button, also check that f&e tank has got water i it.
