Puma 100 p pilot modulation board

Hello I've got a puma 100 with the top leaft hand connector burned out
PL5 AND PL1

The pl5 orange and purple wires lead to a thermostat/ switch which is located on the top right hand side of the boiler Can anyone tell me what that stat/swicth is for?

Has anyone seen this problem before?

Will replacing the board alone fix it? or will I also need to replace the stat/switch.

can anyone recommend a supplier for the ciruit board, please post the phone number.

Common fault just replace the board and this will sort it out

changed about 20 of these in 6 months on the puma 80e models... worst boiler ive came across yet for maintenance
